Once you have received your hosting confirmation email you can create new email accounts by logging into your CPanel account for your domain name. You can access this by going to https://hosting.thefactoryreno.com:2083/ and log-in with your username and password provided in your hosting confirmation email. Once logged into your CPanel account for your domain name, click on "Email Accounts" and from here you can add/delete as well as change passwords for all email accounts on your hosting plan.
