If you choose to have GoogleApps to manage your email accounts for your domain name, you must update your MX Records by doing the following.
Login to your CPanel account by going to https://hosting.thefactoryreno.com:2083/
- Click on "MX Entry"
- Under "Add New Record" add the following information:

| Blank or @ | 3600 | MX | 1 | ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM |
| Blank or @ | 3600 | MX | 5 | ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM |
| Blank or @ | 3600 | MX | 5 | ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM |
| Blank or @ | 3600 | MX | 10 | ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM |
| Blank or @ | 3600 | MX | 10 | ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM |
** Remove/delete the entry that should be priority 0 with a destination of www.your-domain.com
Once this is completed your emails will function properly with your gmail email accounts.
